The very next day I made dinner without asking, and was punched because I didn't ask. I agree in the abuser saying this. But sometimes the abuser antagonizes their victim into reacting so that they can play the victim and continue their abuse bc they didn't get caught or the victim wasn't believed when explain the abuse. Hell, Amber Heard got upset when Johnny Depp would walk away from the progressively aggressive fight bc he didn't react back in violence. But had he reacted instead of walking away...he'd be the abuser that she's painted him out to be, when in reality.. she has always been the abuser and used that tactic to try and make it more believable. I'm only saying this in defense for some victims who've been pushed to their limit by their abuser. I am not saying this to disagree, bc clearly he and most others who say this, are making an excuse for their shitty behavior and avoiding accountability/responsibility. I hope I addressed what I mean. I know that this happening is far less of an occurrence than the former, but it is still something that does happen. My mother got arrested for stabbing her now ex husband in the elbow when she was able to get her arm free from the chokehold he had her in as he bashed her face into the freezer door. Instead of the police...ya know... Arresting him who continuously abused and raped her, they arrest her because she harmed him in self defense and it's not the exact same thing, but I just want to make sure I've made clarity with what I mean.

27 my ass, he's at least 35! Girl he's still lying about his age lmao. Also it may sound bad but that miscarriage is a blessing in disguise. There is no reason to make your life messier and have a baby with an abusive man. She should run for the hills and never look back

I FUCCIN HAAAATE when the abuser says: "They know how I am, they pushed my buttons on purpose to get that reaction!" Jesus I hate that! The reality is, it don't take much to get you to that point.

Its getting hard to feel sympathy women in abusive relationships don't let any man you barley know move in right away especially if you have kids. That makes me sick, if he dont have a job, dont have a car, dont have a plan for his life keep walking
