Exploring Mid Calder, an 11th Century Village in Scotland

I have lived here for a while and the village is one of my favorite places to go for many reasons! To hangout with friends, have a meal, buy some shopping, go one walks etc! I could reccomend tons of great places to go! Abby J cakes, Witches hill (it's not actually called that we just call it that) and so much more!

Staying in Livingston I love a wee walk around Mid Calder, so much so we got married in the kirk of Calder in May of this year

Great video! Loved seeing a wee spot on Mid Calder, which is a wonderful little place! Though it would have been an added bonus if you would have mentioned that the village is also home to a 203-year old Masonic Lodge (Lodge St. John Mid Calder No. 272), something many also consider an important part of its history. 😃
