Thank you Chellie, I found your korero refreshing and so insightful. Was such perfect timing for me to view this. I love the waka and navigation/exploration analogies you brought out. Also to John, stillness at vital times is so key and game-changing in our frenetic times. A powerful story there.

Tēnā koe Chellie. He pai āu kōrero. 18.18 Ruahine has always meant to me and my whānau an old woman or a woman who has past their child-bearing years. I became a ruahine at 48. The ruahine were the only callers on the marae.

Thank you for sharing your presentation with us, Chellie, via KZbin . I really appreciated your considered and humble manner, your sharing of part of your own personal story and your acknowledgement of your mentors, whanau and colleagues. I suspect that applying the holistic approach to learning/leadership is as much an 'art of the heart' as it is intellectual rigor. In the practice of masters, complexity looks simple. Kia kaha, e hoa. This kaupapa is choice!!!
