I remember getting platinum on this one and the most frustrating part was menu-ing my speed and rings to level 99. They seem to have updated it now though! Lovely video again! Great voice, great explanation.

Great review! It's so painfull when you're at "those" moments you just feel they've run out of budget. A bigger budget would've really made the game much better and I hope the DLC can fix some of the problems.

Wonderful job Wayne! One point I'm really glad you talked about was the combat. I love games such as DMC, MGR, and such that have flashy combat and I really do think Sonic could scratch the same itch as those titles. Hope they flesh this out in the future I had way more fun with it than I was expecting (and maybe make it harder on the higher difficulties).

Amazing video as always! I love game so much like the open zone balancing out the cyber space stages is my favorite part of the game. You get story beats that hype you up getting a choas emerald only to return to the open zones. It's like having an adventure on after another! The feeling of this game in and out of the cyber space levels is truly fantastic to me. You're not alone in the fact that sonic moves differently in some stages, I get the same feeling. About the koco's, I'm not sure if you can get all of them from the fishing portals, I tried that and I still need to find a lot of them. I might need to go back there to see or just find them. Can't wait to 100% this game I've had too much of a blast with this! That DLC though is looking pretty great, I need that badly.

According to Channel Pup's ranked list of Green Hill Zones, there are 10 Green Hills in Sonic Frontiers. It's no wonder they ran out of ideas and reduced one of them to an obnoxious drifting mechanic that just doesn't work.

Honestly people should hold off on the egg memos until they are pretty much done with Kronos after that there isn't any spoilers in them. ( also if we're being honest there's only one Memo that ruins a holy crap that's awsome reveal.) Also I hope Sega Patches the upgrading speed and Ring counters I sat through the process to get the Platinum but if others don't have to that would be swell.
