Studio One is awesome!!! They are killing everyone in the quick and light department, midi production department, and the pre-production department. It allows for very creatively intuitive workflow. Studio one IS the new home studio industry standard and Pro tools will always remain the standard for industrial grade tracking, editing, mixing and mastering.

solid Atmos demo. i'm not someone who is a mix engineer by trade, but as an independent artist and producer, i've had to mix my own records at times at of necessity. dope to see how easy it is to get some immersive mix ideas going in Studio One.

Great demo about Studio One 6.6. Gotta update mine but have to wait till tomorrow. The Hybrid option is good as well, more choices are better. I'm already S1 Plus.

You gotta try the Atmos Renderer in Pro Tools. That thing is as close as you gonnaget to a dedicated Atmos Renderer tht Dolby sales separately

The ability to select a separate playback device and a separate recording device seems to be a Mac specific benefit for Studio One, we don't have those choices on the Windows side. It's only one drop down, audio device.

I love how Studio One just makes things really easy. It seems like its goal is just get out of the way making music. I just got tired of the subscription. I’m just sticking with logic for beat making and getting familiar with pro tools for live instruments and mixing/mastering

I don’t really think studio one is easy cuz no professional daw is easy I just feel like studio one is professional in its own way because you can’t just hop in studio and just know what to do same thing with pro tools , they’re both equal with quality and features and etc , studio one already has certain things made for you and that’s just what I feel like a daw is supposed to provide especially if your an engineer in this generation 💯

Rather quit music than go anywhere near any version of immersive audio, it’s been disabled on every device that has the option. Even my 5.1 is setup as stereo. Music doesn’t sound immersive and sound itself is not either. Happy you like S1 but Atmos is just crap, most people listen on stereo or mono smart speakers . Atmos has become a waste of time and money Dolby is loosing money as is crApple
