I love both, both are legends and both are GOATS. Pac was more poetic, he made more heartfelt and touching music but was versatile. With that being said, Wayne is way more skillful and versatile when it comes to lyrics, flow, delivery and cadence. Yeah he done said some weak shit but he says a lot of clever shit.
