I’m in the maritime institute in Norfolk and will have my Basic Training STCW and VPDSD by February. MSC denied me anyway any advice helps. How do you clock in and clock out or do you even clock in and clock out or do you have to keep up with your own time?

Lol you come in at a certain time which is 8am and any overtime you do you have to make sure you make it on time and you write your times in. Most of your time is a set schedule. 8-5pm is working hours anything before or after is overtime. Obviously you have breaks and meal hours during thr 8-5 but all that is accounted for. Anything extra you write it in.
