Pandesal is best serve hot, straight out of the oven ( they also reheat well ). I'm a big fan of eating pandesal just meared with butter, liver spread or strawberry preserves, but they're excellent when paired with scrambled eggs, salted egg, spam, quesong puti, sauteed corned beef, ham and cheese. It can also be eaten on its own, many enjoy eating pandesal dipped into hot coffee in the morning.

- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
