Thank you for emphasizing the length of time kneading the bread dough. I tried to make some people understand this technique pero bingi yata kaya tuloy matitigas ang pan de sal , siopao or ensaymada nila, singtigas ng ulo nila. Hmmp ! Hindi maniwala sa expert na matanda(that's me). But I'm sure maniwala sa iyo. ADDENDUM : Why is it that some people's siopao are flat , spread out but malambot naman? They dare sell those. I like the look of the well mounded ones.

I made already kaso binawasan ko NG sugar kya siguro medyo mlamabot ang gawa ko at yun margarine at butter mix ko. Saktong 200grm nmn.. At nag kulang Ako NG bread crumb din half cup Lang nilagay ko next time OK n at naglagay din ako ng flour almost all kasi naglalagay KY nitry ko. Hay so lambot tlaga KY hirap ayusin ang Filling. Pero super sarap. 😁😁😁
