Just wondering if you use a special mattress topper to help prevent pressure sores. I'm still using a hospital bed. It's pretty basic with a gel foam topper, but it being a twin size, I'm not really able to roll onto my stomach. Also, any chance of you making a video demonstrating how you position yourself for sleep? Do you wake in the night to reposition? If so, how often?
