I like the architecture. Feels Morroccan inspired. The staging of furniture and quality of the furniture was lack luster. Favorite features the Atrium the entrance, First floor Kitchen and Fire place, the Basement Kitchen where the stove and counter are. The Open Concept and view from the top floor

It reminds me of The Cameron but not as expensive and more so Spanish architecture. I really want Sapphire to at least once, build a cozy home. I know they’re known for doing very modern looking houses, but I want them to build a cozy home with NO open floor plan. Like the new builds back in 2012-2013

The location is bad, too close to a busy street, the concrete driveway ruins the main entrance…..the floor plan layout is too busy….

Shockingly bad layout. And right next to a highway. Seems designed by someone who has never lived in a house before. Open the front door to be greeted by a windowless wall.

I'm sorry but this house is awful. The front door gives the impression you're walking into a torture chamber. All those columns in the entry are horrible. The only thing I found appealing are the closets in the primary suite.

I thought all that space before you entered was wasted. Move the wall out more and put that space inside the house. If it was an outdoor space that was going to be used, then great, but it doesn't appear that way. Look at the driveway?
