The only thing i know about skyrim speedruns is that when you unmount from horse while it has its mouth next to the ground you become supersonic warhead and this state transitions through the loads hence him redoing that and loading into solstheim to reach miraaks sanctum

help me failing the getting married quest creates a glitch breaks cutscene movement inhibitors, I think it has something to do with the devs not wanting you to suddenly be unable to move as you would be in the marriage cutscene if you bailed but it seems to effect all cutscenes, anyways the point of him doing that is to allow him to kill Miraak when he should capture you in the cutscene
