Great review, I’ve been looking for a replacement for a similar belt. One suggestion, though: pack smaller denominations of cash. I understand it’s a trade off with bulk, but $100 bills aren’t trusted many places in the best of times, let alone when SHTF. Also, with $100 in $20’s, you can adjust the “tip” (pay off) as appropriate and it’ll conceivably go further. Keep up the great work.

hows the lock on the buckle? does it have teeth the bite ob the belt itself and will ruin it evetualy?

It does have teeth that locks into the fabric to secure it. I haven't saw any ware issues yet and I've been using my belt every day since 2019.

It's just a piece of cardboard. It can be used as tinder aswell.

No and I'm not exactly sure what its is. It was a gift over a decade ago when I first joined the military. But I know its not a Black scout survival belt.

Some other ideas are: a keychain flashlight (nitecore makes a great one-tube v2.0), aluminum foil to make a cup/bowl to boil water, a couple of coffee filters to filter turbid water, razor blade(s).

I've been looking at them lately, mite I make a suggestion. I carry a spare door key in my wallet, to get me in my truck if I get locked out, of course this is a non-fob key, just to get you in your vehicle, I keep a spare set of keys for my truck hidden so I can access it an start it up an drive it, if I lose my primary keys, thx for the vid bro.

It probably depends on your firearm and holster choices. But for appendix ccw with a compact firearm I have no issues. It works well with a Beretta m9 or sig m18 external carry in a safariland holster. Its not exactly the best at external carry but its definitely capable.

I had this belt from the Kickstarter and wore It every day. The stitching tore away pretty quickly.

One small section (about an inch) has come undone but the rest is still good. It has had alot of ware after 3 years of edc use.

I think Wazoo ment for it to be a "cash belt"... not a "cache belt"..But I see what you were going for. I have one its great for hiding weed and pills in. But I keep my money in my pocket. So I don't have to take off my belt. To buy weed and pills. 😁👍
