Can someone explain the bounty system to me? At 25 min, Elk has a 30 cs lead and the only kill in the game, and who has the bounty? The smolder up 4 cs. And I get the whole plate thing but I’m pretty sure they funneled two full towers to Elk

Yeah the bounty system is dumb Had a 3-0 leblanc with no bounty on my game and meanwhile me as a quinn with 0-1 had a 300 bounty because I managed to farm well what a joke
