Sorry to burst your bubble but Tennessee and the SEC this year as a whole isn’t on the same level. Ohio States performance was more of a statement on the current state of the SEC than it was any revelation about Ohio State. Oregon Isn’t Tennessee

Says some of the big boys are not as good as last year. People get caught up in past records 2 and 13 or whatever vs the sec, and on and on. If someone could tell me why that makes any difference from year to year please let me know. History is just that, in the past. New teams and rosters and with nil more even talent I believe. Soon it will be like the NFL and you won't have a real superteam like colleges have done in the past. Its like saying what does the previous 20 wins before the 4 losses have to do with anything? All that matters is this year.

The worst thing that could’ve happened for OSU leading up to this game was Vegas making Oregon the underdog! They play out of their minds when they have a chip on their shoulder! How you gonna make the team who’s been #1 for most of the season, already beat the Buckeyes and won the conference championship poncho and are undefeated the underdogs!? They were finna win this no matter what, not it won’t even be close! 42-21 Oregon! They’re winning the natty this year! Period!

The positive thing is it's difficult to beat a team twice in the same yr. Anyone remember in 75 or 76 when ohio state beat ucla earlier in the season 42 to 21 I believe, we knew ohio state would demolish ucla in the rose bowl and give us a national championship. Wrong we lost. Devastating !
