This is a great idea........IF it will be family friendly (no "party" atmosphere), people feel safe, and vagrants are not allowed to hang out. None if these important aspects can be ignored for this to succeed. My wife and I liked going to the Epicenter for a while, but it just got to rowdy and praty-ish to the point that it wasn't enjoyable at all. We would be in the area (sometimes with our granddaughters) and there would be street people sprawled out on benches at other places, some approaching people. We eventually stopped going altogether. We would love to go back. But if these issues are not addressed, we will just go to Baxter Village or Birkdale Village instead.

i noticed trade street is unaccessable from both directions off n or s tryon st. whats the hold up. i took the right,,im not planning on going around in circles up charlotte.
