The riots and looting is taking away Americans who want to protest peacefully and help make change within the black communities. We all should up hold the constitution for “we the people”. We the people need to up hold our police departments to the highest standards. But Americans from all sides of the political spectrum are tuned away by the looting and riots. We need millions of Americans from all backgrounds to work as one. The looting and riots need to stop.
@robertbanks6960
@robertbanks6960 4 жыл бұрын
@@joelshack85 the looting and riot is necessary. Here's why. First, answer this question. The slavery end via a peaceful protest or via a war? Peaceful protesting is ineffective as peaceful thinking doesn't ends wars, and minorities are indeed at war with police, because that's how cops view it, via "War on Crime". Unfortunately minorities in America are first labeled criminals despite statistics proving otherwise, but yet it's only perceived that way via media which dehumanized minorities and create the narrative minorities are criminals which many white American support that narrative which also support bad cops who breaks the law as long as that cop is doing it against minorities who has been labeled as criminals, and hence the word "black" to describe Africans which is a metaphor for guilty. E.g. Blackmail, Blackball, Black Market, Black hat, Blacklist are themed around criminality Verses White lies, whitewashing, white noise, white out are themed around deception, meaning to mask or cover up. White Americans are too comfortable in their privilege and as long as they are only combatted via peaceful protesting then there's no incentive to change the status quo. However, when they are combatted with equal force only then will you earn your respect. For every minority who is mistreated by our government without Justice then we burn down the city to where no experience peace, hence No Justice No Peace. If minorities aren't allowed to live in peace against police brutality then no American should be granted that peace and why we will come into your community to distribute the peace until Justice is served which will allow everyone to live in peace. If we are hunted then but be surprised when we decide to hunt you. No Justice No Peace! That's the agreement we society agreed to no matter your background, but when one body of people (police) breaks that agreement we enter war times and we're officially at war with government.

Yes the officer should be prosecuted but we live where things have to investigated. But there is no reason that 2nd. degree murder charges could not of been applied. Now there is a chance that 1st. degree murder charges could of been applied based on what Floyd's employer stated on both Floyd and the cop that murdered him both were employed giving security services for the nightclub and the cop had personal issues with Floyd prior. If a Investigation into this proves their was hostility from the cop upon Floyd from their jobs, obviously Floyd's murder very well could of been pre planned therefore it would justify 1st. degree murder. But nobody known both were working at the club until after his murder.

I agree, we are all tired of the abuse. Im a white male who lived in st Paul for 5 years. Right off grand Ave. After a night of drinking things got loud outside a Jimmy John's parking lot and my group decided to leave the area and go home. We got a block away and 4-5 cop cars came right at us. Yelled at us to get up against the wall. We did, as they got close to us, one yelled. "Don't do anything to them, there are cameras" who knows what they would have done to us...

This man is spot on right. I'm a white guy. Officer Lastella, officer Prendvill in Seaside Heights New Jersey thought it was a good idea to beat me around when I was 18. My crime was my car broke down and I was pushing it into the bait shop. Thats not the only time shit like that happened to me. Long story short, Island Heights police station got blown up by my hand. All because two cops thought it would be cool to beat up a couple kids one night.. I did my time for that but, I dont regret it for a moment. Police abuse their power , period.

Jamar Clark was attending the birthday party of Nekelia Sharp, who was hosting the event at her apartment on the 1600 block of Plymouth Avenue North in Minneapolis.[5] Sharp and her husband engaged in a dispute and Clark's girlfriend grabbed Sharp, after which Sharp and Clark's girlfriend fought.[5] Clark stepped in to pull his girlfriend away and, according to Sharp, Clark's girlfriend hit him.[5] The pair left and soon, someone called for help and paramedics were called.[5] Sharp let them into her apartment and they escorted Clark's girlfriend to the ambulance, which Clark approached after she had entered it.[5] An onlooker reported that both the paramedics and police who had arrived at the scene asked Clark to step away from the ambulance and that police then stepped from their car, arrested Clark on the ground, and the EMS supervisor placed a knee on Clark's chest, after which point he was shot.[5] County Attorney accounts say that Clark got into a confrontation with paramedics and then when police officers responded at 12:45 a.m., a "struggle" ensued, Clark obtained the officer's gun, leading to the shooting by the other officer. Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman said that Clark was resisting and was not handcuffed.[6] In a statement on November 16, police chief Janeé Harteau said that the Minneapolis Police Department's preliminary information was that Clark was not restrained with handcuffs when shot.[7] The President of the Minneapolis Police Union Bob Kroll said that Clark was actively resisting arrest and tried to take the weapon of one of the officers, and that he was not handcuffed at the moment of the shooting.[8][9] Clark's DNA was found on the handle of one of the officers' gun. Mike Freeman said there was no forensic evidence on Clark's arm indicating he was handcuffed at the time of shooting. In addition, he stated that 10 law enforcement and paramedic witnesses including the officers involved said he was not handcuffed.[10]

This is goes out to Everyone around the world and the systemic racism that plagues it. Mr. Clark is spot on with his thoughts and words. He is literally reliving the loss of his son in that moment. He can actually walk the world through the illegal & injustice process step by step. It’s easy to tease him for repeating “You know”! But yet even in his emotional state he makes perfect sense. “If you don’t know,...NOW YOU KNOW”!!👨🏽‍🏫

He is right, this is a nationwide law enforcement problem. They treat everybody they come in contact with like a hardened criminal and in many cases, the vast majority, they are detaining or arresting someone based on someone else's word. That person is still innocent until proven guilty yet the system treats that person like they have already been found guilty from the cops to the jailers right on down the line your treated like a murderer before you even get to see a judge. Police are not Judge, Jury and Executioner yet you know in no uncertain terms that the assumption by all law enforcement is that you are guilty and the punishment phase will commence immediately and long before you ever see a judge.

Mr Clark, what will you say, when they burn your house down..? Let me ask you about Right & Wrong. Are the people, who own the damaged property, responsible for poor Leadership..? Are they responsible for George Floyd's death..? Who voted this leadership into position...? How many citizens in this neighborhood, have made themselves a criminal, burning down their neighborhood?? When do you suppose these criminals will get their punishment.? Mr Clark talks about respect... can he even spell respect.? Doesn't look like a lot of respect coming from the neighborhood criminals, now does it.? I didn't hear Mr Clarke talk about the National DemonRAT Criminals, who haven't been punished in over 3 years... don't they count...? Mr Clark, WE (America) are all sorry about what's going & that you lost your son, but being fair & equitable about situations like this, is very important for all...
