Actually you do have to be poor with decent credit because there’s a land trust on those properties they denied a person with 70,000 dollars(30’000 nor 10,000 in there accounts a chance being able to obtain a home and once you pay it off you can’t pass it on to no one except your child not even when you die so you don’t own the land nor can you pass it off if you don’t have a child so it’s not generational if that make sense and if you sell it you can only make the money you spent and honestly how can you make enough money to start a business or save money with a full family and mortgage payments all the while with less than 10,000 dollars in the bank it’s such a scam to me you would think someone with 70,000 bucks in the bank would be able to obtain one at least the same ok broke people packed into these home with the same broke low income, and mindset it may as well just be low income housing honestly at what point would someone be able to start a profitable business with bills and with less than 10’ooo in the bank and a low credit score gotta look at the whole picture publicity stunt ( please comment on this post ) and help me understand
