All those folks fawning over Gary Clark Jr/John Mayer blues look silly if they haven't been pushing Jonny since day 1. This man has been doing blues revival better than anyone else since he was 15 years old!! Love this vid...sounds great.

Clark , Mayer , Lang are legends.

Firago Music nicely said. Jonnys been around longer than any of them. And. If u want to call someone a prodigy than it would be a 13 yr old Jonny who picked up guitar and just was amazing at it plus he has a great blues voice. And if he wants he can blow Mayer or any of them off the stage. Plus, he's stayed HUMBLE.

Saw Jonny by bar-hopping in Mpls, MN by accident. Wondered who let a young kid in a bar. Was it because he was so good? Or was it cause he could sing like he was 30 or more? Anyhow, he wowed my date and me, loved him, then wondered where he went for so long. Just glad he's back. Hey Jonny!

@@jameswagner3756 Sweet. I've seen him probably four or five times. Last I knew he wasn't touring because he was having medical problems with his vocal cords I think. That's too bad man I really miss him.

EXCELLENT guitarist and singer, his voice with a touch Joe Cocker is super interesting and different from the common. But I think it was wrong to choose their haircut, gives the image of a Pop singer Justin Biber type, God NOOO !!! Who he advised that cut is the enemy !!! If he chose that ... better ask for advice.

It never ceases to astound me that homo sapiens have only so may heartbeats in a given lifetime. Consequently, why dedicate a a single, solitary moment towards the celebration of the mediocre in any field of human endeavor? Just listen to the likes of Joe Bonamassa and reproach yourself and ask why you would settle for listening to Jonny Lang?
@scottsparks49098 жыл бұрын
I would rather listen to Jonny Lang any day....Joe Bonamassa wishes.

Joe Bitchamassa is a self righteous, egomaniac. He's a dickhead. I just saw Jonny play live last week and he blows Bitchamassa away because he plays with passion for not only himself but his fans. Joe just wants to get rich off of your belief that he is some sort of guitar god. He's far from it!!!!

Daniel Gamble yes plus I never had to spell out Jonnys name at the now former Tower Records. You should've seen me trying to get the guys to spell out Joe Bs name before he hit it big. I find Joe boring. Sorry. And the suits pfft. Please. Jonny still keeps it real. Tshirts and jeans. Love it.
