@@dextermorgan7764 I think he’s just making a recommendation for what he THINKS retirement age should be. I think you should retire when you want to, but this guy needs to be careful… he’s in a pretty dangerous profession and his age is going to make his job a lot more difficult over time. If I were him I would try to make it to an even 60 years of service just so it looks nice, retire, and then get a volunteer community service position or something since he loves public service. There’s a lot of things you could do with credentials like that
