Susan Westwood was caught on video harassing two African American women in a South Park parking lot. She called police, and was charged with misuse of the 911 system. Wednesday, she appeared in court for the first time.

Sorry but that came off a little wrong and made it look like the presence of people of color means you havent arrived..Maybe you meant in their mind.
