Hello friends! Let me know what do you think about this review and if you own this drive too :)

Hi, thanks for the analysis. I have trouble deciding between the p300 3TB (CMR) vs WD40EFZX 4TB (CMR) Intendend for storage, media consumption and gaming (beside an ssd of course). price for p300 is a bit cheaper but i dont care so much about price or size. I am not sure about the comparison because you reviewed the SMR (which has a bit faster speed, but i'm against SMR). I know p300 is a bit faster on paper but is the real world difference huge comparison? Are the cases where the WD can beat it ? Which do you think is better overall? is the p300 considerably louder?

Hi did you check the other hdd reviews in my channel? I also reviewed the p300 which is really noisy. I am currently preferring the n300, i also reviewed the wd40efax

Are you using the WD Red NAS drive as a desktop drive? Is it okay to do that? I asked WD's "support" that question about the WD Red Plus 4TB, because I want a CMR drive, and they've discontinued all of their desktop CMR ones except some of the Black range. About three days after I asked, all I got from them was "You can try it". So, either their support people don't really know anything useful about their products, or they just don't care. He did suggest I buy a Black, which I don't want to because they're expensive, run hot and are noisy.

You can use the Nas drives just like any drives. The only difference is that they have some technologies that will help the reliability and long term usage of it. That's why I went for a nas drive as i also explain in the video

Which NAS 1TB hard drive is the most reliable and more durable for non-NAS use for simple home backups (but w/ important files) like Apple's Time Machine? Thank you. God bless, Rev. 21:4

Hi thanks! Did you check this website? They list every quarter which brands are the most reliable www.backblaze.com/b2/hard-drive-test-data.html

@@fgtechtips Thanks that's very important. I guess Western Digital's two models (since they now own HGST formerly Hitachi's hard drive sector, formerly IBM's hard drive sector)

I have a ssd on my computer (TR 200 480 GB) but it is not enough. I want to buy a 4 Tb Harddisk, but I have an obsession with sound. Do you have any recommendations for the quietest and fastest HDD :)
