To think I am still watching you after 6 years or even more. From secondary school, to college, now at university. I will never stop watching your videos, especially when I am studying. Keep going Justin

my favorite thing about Tom Sawyer Island when I was a kid was in the busy months they would open up Aunt Polly's which had the most delightful PB&J

Actually I distinctly remembergoing through, "The Escape Tunnel," on Tom Sawyer Island at Magic Kingdom, back in August of 1975, I was like 10 years old, had only just turned 10 about a month before at that point, and was Nervous as all crap the whole time walking through the tunnel, convinced that it was haunted, and that something or somebody was following me during my whole time in there, Creepy as anything!!
@TheChrisJaynes10 ай бұрын
Since you asked and never answered. The fort at Disneyland is called Fort Wilderness. I wish they could find a way to reopen it and stage the Fantasmic stuff elsewhere. It, too, had an escape tunnel. As teenagers, we used to play hide-and-seek on the island. Good times. 🙂

Got To play here as a kid it was around 1995 so parents had bought us pirate muskets back when Disney used to sell pew pews and me and my brother wanted to stay in Tom sawyers island for the rest of the day we where not bothered to miss out on coasters etc just wanted to play in the worlds biggest play fort… such a great memory going back next year with my own child I doubt it will be the same experience… anyway thanks for the great vids watched you for a long time now and they never disappoint will be getting randomland hat for my visit

Spent last weekend at Disneyland celebrating my great nephews 5th birthday there. My niece and her family stayed at the Disneyland Hotel. We had to go through three people and tell them we were just going to drop off a present at the front desk which my niece checked on before she arrived and they said it was fine. My sister said she had to deal with a number of people just to leave it at the front desk and finally someone said they would take care of it. All they had to do was call my nieces room and she would come down and get it. lol.

I definitely, have to go back to see the fort. I get lost, on Tom Sawyer Island. Didn’t know it existed, as of a little while back, probably because of your videos, now I know. I’m so sad. Hopefully I can make it back.

Great video. I haven’t been on Tom Sawyer Island in about 20 years. I’m not sure why I’ve skipped it since my I was a teenager. I can’t wait for your video with AdamTheWoo. A day at WDW with you two would be amazing!

I am not surprised there are guns remaining in the Florida incarnation of the island. The fact that the remaining guns being targeted at other park guests, on Big Thunder, is one of those things that makes you go...hmmm... I'm not anti-gun. I am conscious of how they might be played with and how certain scenarios might not be emotionally healthy.

I do have to correct you in one area, though. I believe you said Disney opened Tom Sawyer's Island at The Magic Kingdom in 1975 (if I misunderstood you, then my apologies). It opened in 1973, about a year-and-a half after The Magic Kingdom officially opened in October of 1971.

If you want to see an actual real fort, try Mackinaw Island in Mackinaw City Michigan. There are two authentic forts, one on the Island itself that you can take a pirate boat to, n one in Mackinaw City, both VERY worth seeing, as well as Mackinaw Island itself, n Mackinaw City has tons of fun things to do as well!!! I would LOVE to see you n Allie go there n do a vlog or two in warm weather!!!! These places have been there since the 1700's or so!!! Attaboy, Justin Scarred n Allie!!!

The lack of guns thing, think someone figured out that Man’s fixation with guns started when they were boys…so ya maybe if little boys don’t get to play with guns then perhaps they’ll grow up less enamored with them and it’ll give the rest of us a chance to

15:50 not without a flashlight
@redstonecommander519010 ай бұрын
If you bring a flashlight with you, but not one of those strong LED flashlights that are too powerful or even a lantern then you can even film the caves and even see better so you don’t have to worry about accidentally bumping into the walls every single time
@redstonecommander519010 ай бұрын
Of course, there are lots of lanterns in the walls of the caves to help you out, but they don’t help you as much having a very bright bright lantern to bring along with you would be a better option

America destroys all of their old architecture. That's why I love going to Europe. They do a good job of preserving their history . The last time I went Tom Sawyer Island I had extreme vertigo from Space Mountain and laid down buy one of the paths. I had a lady that stopped and stood there and watched me for about 15 minutes.
