I get anxiety at the grocery store too! My boyfriend works monday- Saturday so I tend to go by myself a lot. Also if you have an aldis or Trader Joe’s- you’ll spend significantly less! We were spending around $220-$250/week at stop & shop but I switched recently to aldis and it’ll drop down to $150-$160/week and that feeds both of us :)

DO THE BRAZILIAN LASER!!! best decision ever. In my opinion it hurt much less than waxing, just make sure you shave well before the appointments. Literally hairless now and it’s soooo nice. It’s so nice never having any ingrown hairs from shaving and the skin is so soft

Try beef liver once a week for the anxiety. Helps to produce neurotransmitters of relaxing and good moods. It was a game changer for me. May try paté if cooking is not your thing, or methylated complex b vitamins, but check with your doctor. Helped me with depression, anxiety and OCD.

If you think armpits hurt you are not ready for the brazilian 😭 that one hurts like hell. I’ve been getting laser for a few years (a retouch once in a while now because I no longer have that many hairs) but the brazilian always hurts A LOT, I don’t even feel it when they do it in my armpits or face anymore but the pain down there every time is annoying as hell, I’m waiting for the moment I get used to it 😭 in the bikini area is not that painful btw is when they are getting close to the middles

i like my laser, ive done two locations before. One she had to zap each spot and it hurt. The one i go to now, she puts gel on the area and literally glides the head and its the fastest thing ever. I love it! and they too can set sensitivity as well. We turn it up each session so i am use to it gradually
