Fun one! I just bought a Wilson C300 7 iron off ebay, nearly perfect condition. I like it do far, big upgrade from my RAM EZ3s! Can't afford a complete new set, so just upgrading what I use most. nice to see someone else uses it too! edited because i can't spell

search around for them (c300's) on Facebook and Ebay, i played them for 2 years from new and they are great clubs. Basically gave them away though as they where extremely hard to sell. the bloke i talked into buying them still messages me saying how much he loves them.

I honestly think that if Pete shortens his back swing a tad and lengthens his follow through, he'll be gold. I used to take my backswing back too far and I know for a fact that you can really lose sight of the ball by turning too far making for inconsistent impact. Fat shots, thin shots, slices, hooks, duffs, and complete whifs can happen when you lose sight of the ball during the backswing and have to find it again in micro seconds which can throw everything off balance. He'll improve in not time, though. When he doesn't lose sight of the ball and stays in balance, he hits great shots!

Exactly what I mentioned six or seven months ago. He has a long backswing which I think affects his balance, and also makes it harder to square the clubface. I’m rooting for eBay next time!

Maybe me but I never wanted to feel like my equipment was my problem. I always try to stay pretty current with my clubs. Pre owned clubs 1-2 generations back are very reasonable. Barlow and Ebay need to upgrade their clubs and get fitted. In the US there are a lot of retailer who will fit you for free even if you don't buy from them.
