Lukewarm is doing both. Culture and serving God. Having a prideful nature and justifying doing cultural things. It’s ok I dabble in this because atleast I am reading my Bible and going to church. It’s a lack of fear of God and his consequences. I find Lukewarm Christians to be defensive and passive aggressive. It’s crazy we want full commitment in relationship but we love to cheat on God!! 🤷🏿‍♀️

One thing we should do as believers is understand and pray for people like them. I am certain they didn’t set out for their podcast to be Christian. I get the impression that they just wanted to have good conversation for the black community on matters that we care about. However God used their platform to change them and also a lot of their audience. I do not believe that they are filled with the Holy Spirit yet. They are trying to turn their lives around and they are babes in Christ. It’s our jobs to also pray people through these seasons. We have all been there. These guys are going to be great for the Kingdom in a Mighty way.

GOD could or will send someone to say something to you HE wants you hear. That could be your friend your enemy or a stranger. I believe JESUS allows people to say things to you far a purpose. It’s to make us humble and reexamine ourselves. I had homeless man say something to me and I wish I had listened to him. I would still be married it was just out of the blue. I ignore d it. I went through a lot. Now I have the true knowledge of God which is the fear GOD Proverbs 1:7. We should never think to highly of ourselves regarding GOD

@Left-HandedTruths
@Left-HandedTruths Ай бұрын
When it comes to being lukewarm, some people don’t really understand what it means to give something up or make sacrifices for the sake of truth. But no one will enter heaven without making sacrifices. We should learn to have a spirit of self-denial and be willing to give things up for God. Some people haven’t fully given themselves to God. Instead, they let their tempers get out of control, focus on satisfying their own desires, and put their own interests first, instead of caring about God’s work. Those who are willing to give up anything for eternal life will receive it, and it will be worth it. Eternal life is worth all the sacrifices, worth putting aside selfishness, and worth letting go of anything that stands in the way. Heaven is far greater than anything on earth and makes every earthly pleasure seem small in comparison.

One mistake or blatant rebellion cost 70,000 men their lives. Cliff notes: David wanted to count the Men in his army... The Lord spoke to him thru his GODLY Seer named Gad... David did it any way and thus 70,000 men were killed. There's a difference between Mistakes and Blatant sin/rebellion. As we mature... ESPECIALLY as men we start to understand, embrace, and ENJOY that we can't do what we want all the time because there's a lot riding on our decisions in our walk with JESUS... so we learn to become bold and balanced in our Ferver and Zeal!!! #My2Centz

He was attacked because he is publicly saying he stands for one thing, but representing something else. The bible says to be in the world and not of it - meaning yes we live in the world, but that doesn't mean that you mix and mingle in things of the world that contradict what you say you believe and who you say you are (the wheat vs the tare). There are a lot of people that call themselves a Christian, but they don't necessarily have a relationship. Matthew 7: 21-23 "I never knew you"

Gentlemen, when it comes to the charge of being lukewarm, there is no one, including Apostles who have the right or liberty to charge another in Christ as "lukewarm", but the Only One who takes him into His mouth to drink. As we know, Jesus was the one who made this charge and statement to the church He spoke to.

Oh Brother 4:17 Luke warm water offers several benefits, including: 1. **Digestive Aid**: Drinking lukewarm water can help improve digestion by stimulating the digestive tract and breaking down food more effectively. 2. **Detoxification**: It can assist in detoxifying the body by promoting the production of urine, which helps eliminate toxins. 3. **Improved Circulation**: Lukewarm water can enhance blood circulation, helping to relax muscles and improve overall blood flow. 4. **Hydration**: It helps to keep you hydrated, which is essential for various bodily functions, including temperature regulation and nutrient transport. 5. **Soothing Effects**: Drinking lukewarm water can be soothing for sore throats and can help alleviate discomfort from colds. 6. **Weight Management**: It may help with weight management as it can increase feelings of fullness when consumed before meals. Overall, incorporating lukewarm water into your routine can contribute to better health and well-being.

@@Yaqiel7No. it’s not the same. The Aquaducts water system back then was not as efficient as it is now in these days. More people would get different diseases and more from different areas. They were in the Middle Eastern area and it was not like it even is today. The hot water was able to kill certain germs and algae and other things didn’t survive in the hot water and in the cold water, things also couldn’t survive and the cold water didn’t allow certain things. But the lukewarm water tended to have the mixture of bacterias and algae and other things and creatures that were good for sea life but definitely bad for human consumption.

Reread the scriptures concerning the rich young ruler who is taught by Jesus as Master, Rabboni! The rich young ruler was a luke warm believer. Turns out money 💰 was his Master and he wasn't willing to part with it to follow Jesus! That's it right there! We need to get out of our feelings! There is easily content allowed, deliberated, and demonstrated on their show that's questionable as it pertains to Godly behavior and conduct. I think what bothers us the most is how flawed and sinful we are and surrendering to our need for Jesus all day everyday. Even in our Faith Walk with The Lord we somehow think we can do it on our own, even for a few minutes. "I need the O' I need the every hour"
