Hi Wes & Amy, you are the reason we two old grumpies decided to hire a narrowboat on the Basingstoke canal for a slow & peac ful holiday. We are moored up now at what looked like lovely spot, woodland on one side and a park on the other but too late we found we’re under the Farnborough flight path & a police helicopter has been circling for the last hour. We can hear a mainline train in the distance & sirens on the road. Lol, still enjoying it though xx

You guys are so good at things like this, How good was Rufus, he looked really relaxed in the different surroundings, but then he did have his Mummy and Daddy close by for security. yes but it can get very cramped in the tents and for the bigger talks it’s not really ideal for dogs as they make everyone stand up. But for the talks in the day dogs are fine in there 😊

It’s a shame to hear the small family friendly vibe of Vegan Camp Out isn’t the same this year. We were planning to go next year for the first time and I much prefer relaxed little festivals to full on crazy ones. The food still looks worth going for though, even if we do end up hiding from the crowds in our truck! 😅

Typical the Big Boys want to get in on the action when there is bucks to be made. Would be worth it if it created bigger and better understanding of animal suffering. So sad. I watch Country House Gent too, and he brought up a question that makes you think. Why do the Vegan companies try to make vegan foods look like animal bits and pieces?

Most vegans still enjoy meat products, it’s just where it comes from that we don’t like. So for us it makes sense to have the fake meats because the vegan options are basically the same and at least nothing has to die for them 😊

UNFORTUNATELY IT RAINED ON THE FRIDAY I ARRIVED, OVERNIGHT RAINED, 6.30AM IT WAS STILL RAINING. I GAVE UP AND WENT BACK TO SYDNEY.
