Regarding Juneteenth: slaves in Texas did not know they were free, shockingly no one told them. June 19th is when a Union general came to Texas to inform and enforce their emancipation.

I think his contract is just he has to wear Reebok in comps, but also I assume he’d agree that nanos have fallen off since the 10s when they still had somewhat of a foot shape and now vivos are just the better choice since he doesn’t compete. Just observational

Very Sad... I just want you guys to talk CrossFit Rich... you're the reason I started Crossfit.. I was watching you compete in the games and regionals from 2011 on KZbin from my chemo sessions during this time.. When I got the ok from my DR to start CrossFit at my local affiliate in Los Angeles I was ecstatic!! I watched everything I could about you.. which led to me compete in local CrossFit events and the open for10 years.. You're podcast is becoming very one sided on the political scene.. Please keep it about competing / CrossFit / mind set in competing and whatever views you have in fitness... but this podcast and the few before this episode have been.. I get it.. it's your channel and you can say and do whatever you want.. but you led me to CrossFit and to compete... Please keep politics out of it... clothing and hats have a huge message on your podcast...
