Why have we become so obsessed with outer beauty? And why do we value it above all else?
Instead of worrying about the wrinkles on your face or the cellulite on our thighs, think about how you can be kinder and gentler. Think about how you can leave your mark on this world in a positive way.

You don't have to contribute now or ever...but, you need to find within yourself the riches that are there. If you believe and continue to assert that you are broke, you will remain broke. However, if you look deeply inside, if you listen to what these films are saying and realize that you created your own reality, if you turn change your thoughts you have of yourself and know that your supply is infinite and start living from that mentality, slowly, but surely the physical world will change and bit by bit you will not be as broke as you have been. When I realized what made a person beautiful, I stopped trying to be beautiful. I realized I already was. This year I even stopped wearing makeup. I see people spending a lot of time and money trying to beautify the outside and they spend no time trying to beautify the inside. The outside is already beautiful, it's the inside that needs work.

We desperately need to live our lives with the values that you share on this wonderful channel. The tide of the vacuous, morality depleted world we live in has been 'drowning' all decency for the last 50 years. I hope that what we are experiencing around the globe now will help the human race to recalibrate values. I am fortunate that my parents spent 20 years in East and Central Africa, so I have experienced true contentment without the social pressures to buy stuff which place the wrong value on having the latest this and that.
