Congratulations both for becoming Canadian Citizens FYI you can now apply for OCI passport for India after your Canadian passport arrives There is procedure to surrender Indian citizenship and after which you will be eligible for Indian OCI passport for life long It’s as good as Indian citizenship but only you cannot vote for Indian government, nor work for Indian government, you cannot own any agricultural land in India , but you can invest in real estate property in India. You can live as long as you intend to live in India with this OCI passport

First you need Canadian passport along with your citizenship certificate After which you have to first surrender your Indian citizenship along with proof of Canadian citizenship documents After you get the surrender certificate you have to apply separately for OCI passport along with proof of citizenship surrender certificate

Sure! There are many companies that offer great coverage (depends on your parent’s current health condition and what you are looking to cover during there stay).
