My hands and fingers have this, they create something that feels like magnetic or electric connection/attraction/retraction, it depends on angles, shapes made with hands etc. Your work represent what it feels very, very precise, thank you for making this! Although it's a cool thing to do during meditation, i even learned to amplify the feeling by researching some things about microcosmic orbit, and i can sometimes feel objects several meters away, but there's still doubts if I'm using it the right way and if there's much more potential to it. I feel that I'm stuck somewhere. Heard others using something like this for healing purposes, Reiki, for example, and I've used it on myself to get rid of some muscle pain, but that might also be placebo, and i don't want to risk using it on others.

A Qigong practice that is similar to what Dr Joe is talking about is to build a "Qi ball" (energy ball) between the hands and then place that Qi ball wherever it's needed in the body. "Where your mind goes, the energy flows."

I've tried this countless times, and felt absolutely NO CHI at all. I can feel it if I do a whole routine, like 8 pieces of brocade, but the expanding and shrinking of the hands begets nothing - no chi at all. I tried to understand and perform his "meditation " in the book "breaking the habit of being yourself ", but to me it's confusing, incoherent mumbo jumbo.

I can see absolutely no difference at all whatsoever, it's like he ripped off a thousand years old wisdom & claimed HE is the one who came up with it all, when it's in the first chapter of my Reiki book! What do you think the difference is? Aside from some added scientific things, ONLY because the equipment wasn't available thousands of years ago! I find his audacity in not giving credit where it's due making him a blinding egomaniac brainwashing loads of people! I'm glad the knowledge is being spread, but I do think he should give credit where it's due. It makes him another fake in my eyes. I'd love for someone to change my mind though!! Much Love

Finally learned to feel this energy after 2 months of practice. It can be INTENSE especially in my hands and legs. My cat was lying on my legs when the energy started moving. It moved into my cat and he was twitching and jerking along with me!

the answer is yes. But our fields compared to the phone's field is a bit more prominent. And depends on the phone too, moreover the vibration could be argued to experience a disturbance just not very immense. Like it combats it a tiny bit. Our buzz out buzzes the phones

Can someone explain this to me. For the last 4 months when I wake up my palms feel like they are being tickled and I feel some sort of energy emanating from my palms and my hands are very warm . Also I feel that my hands are very strong like I could crush a stone it's a very pleasent sensation. This sensation in my palms comes and goes during the day but always there in the morning. Of course. The healing comes from within the person's own bodymind intelligence which knows how to heal, the people who channel either inner energy, or even better Reiki which is Universal Life Force Energy into the person. It depends on the will of the person & the Intention of the healers; I know it has been done with Reiki, which has been around for over 3,000, & basically Dipenza has taken Reiki & claimed he "discovered" it, when all he has really done is further scientific research on it with more recent equipment. The energy flow coming from the hands into the person's electromagnetic field was measured in the 1930's. There are many instances of these types of healing in Reiki, & in Dispenza's work which is also Reiki, which was developed by Dr. Usui thousands of years ag, he has people claim to recover from Stage 4 cancer on a regular basis, which makes sense because it's the exact same thing.BTW, the energy does not come from the individual, it comes from Universal Life Force Energy/God, etc whatever name you give the energy which the Universe consists of, & the individual channels that energy. The little You is connected to the big You. Big You knows and that's where you KNOW it from. My guess is you spend time alone in silence? That's where you connect with big You which is why meditation works...but you can access big You anytime you are not distracted by outside noise and interference
