We are getting BETTER!!! - Oswego Dynasty

We are going to going through our second offseason of Happy Williams career as well as the Oswego Blizzards. Let's see how we can get better this year no longer relying on walk-ons to lead us.
We are going to be following the career of Happy Williams with his modern version of a triple option offense. He is starting his career with the worst team ever made and a brand new team filled with terrible walk-ons. Let's see how he progresses in his career and building this brand new team.
House Rules (to add difficulty to the series in recruiting)
Only allowed to scout the athlete once (with a max of level 2 scouting)
No recruiting low-lock cheese players
Cannot add recruits to our board after week 7
If a recruit is on our board we have to invest some amount of points into them
Only allowed to recruit to the number of seniors
Assistant coaches have a x/8 chance of getting a skill upgrade (depends on head coaches level)
Head coach upgrades are completely randomized
Cannot hot route
Only allowed to field a max of 2 punts
Cannot control the defensive player and have to let the game handle it
Team Caliber recruiting restrictions (budget system)
Start with a base of 4 points. Scheduling teams brings us more budget
Home state athlete is worth 1 point
If recruiting in the same division (mid-Atlantic division) athlete is worth 2 points and each region and division away from that are worth an extra .5 point depending on how far away they are.
