LEGALS “It’s not open to the public, you need an appointment” [which allows the public inside] so it’s open to the public then. “You can be on site if you’re escorted”… so it’s open to the public then. “You not allowed onsite unless you are someone who’s [anyone who’s] vetted”… so it’s open to the public. A massive sign at the front also said … “VISITORS” … or the “public” as they’re usually known. Plod … “It’s a restricted site, so I can get as close as I like”… no, that’s not in any Act or Common Law. Plod … “it’s an enclosed site”… no, it isn’t, you’re lying again - he walked straight in. Plod were aggressive and useless. One stood like a pair of scissors the other with his hands in his pockets, illegally demanding ID. No such Law in England & Wales. Then came the REQUEST to leave, “ for trespassing” and the fact he walked on apparently “makes no difference at all”. Well thicko Plod, in Law it makes a MASSIVE difference. Fat Show off Sergeant Plod (as always) shakes, stutters, panics and leaps to violence, even though the odds are 6 to one and it’s a peaceful chap. Then the other plod refused to ID. Then he invented some facts, about what was said, as they always do. “What matters is this is private”. WRONG . What matters is how he came to be there. He’s on a public highway - as public are sometimes allowed on site, and it’s a highway. So a suite of Laws apply.

Adam that's what I thought too. If we pay for it then we have a right to walk onto it. There are no restrictions posted. They can't really post them I think because that would be denying the human rights act. It's not a criminal offence as Curtis points out to walk where he was, but there is a civil law of trespassing, only it wouldn't stand up in court, because they are not displaying trespassers will be prosecuted, because they can't prosecute them, and they're not within their rights to display a sign with that information either.Civil trespass is none of their business!! The gate itself is a deterrent but not a NO Through Access. That would contradict the information on the ground. Visitors and Staff. There is no code book on display stating that all visitors have to get passes and or permissions to be on that ground. I mean all that land around the station, and to the left as they are walking to the junction is a bench and picnic area, which is a great place to observe comings and goings, they can't restrict that either if someone wanted to sit observing. These coppers whether in uniform or Civvies think they know more about the law than us, but they just use silly points which aren't accurate to try and establish their authority and fool us...All because they are "The Law"!!!!!😮😮😮😮😮 They are mostly very embarrassing folk. I wouldn't do their job for a million quid. And they get paid good money to loiter about and also picking on one man... Team work meaning has changed. None of them are actually angry, they’re trying their hardest to outdo each other with words. They’re articulate and that’s how they can run these channels. If you went out in the street and recorded the usual interactions of people in everyday arguments you’d see more of the behaviour that you recognise in America, ie swearing, pushing, aggression and fighting etc

Actually, as it says there at the entrance in the shot at 31:55 "Visitors by Appointment only", that clearly says that you cannot enter unless you have an appointment.

Police must remember in England we don't have to carry ID .A passport we use to go abroad a driving licence we use to drive. In England there's such thing as carring a ID card

You are wrong. The police can put hands on you under common law to remove you from from police property if its deemed restricted once they have verbally removed your implied right of access and you refuse to move.

"WHY oh WHY" is the "TAX PAYER" paying for all this luxury ? All this is coming from the Public taxes, why do the police need all this because this is "Not" policing , how to waste the tax payers money 😡🤬

Walks in. Has a look around. Even stops and chats to the comms lady. 🤣 Not really your fault mate. What it points out is their lackadaisical attitude towards security. Do better Mr. Plod. I also want to say, the clean shaven cop was very cordial and professional. Top marks to him

The sign to the left outside of the headquarters does say “visitors by appointment only”. So you were on the site when you weren’t meant to be. Look harder for signs next time before walking in.

Good grief - these police are as thick as short planks - how many times do you have to tell them what you're doing & tell them to stop moving towards you. Don't ever lower your self to their level of intelligence - also how bloody scruffy that Mason bloke is - needs a kick up the @#ss by his bosses. Their attitude towards members of the public is absolutely disgraceful. Hope their senior officers take them to account as they need to pull their heads in. They must have something to hide if they are that paranoid about a camera. This could have been a really nice interaction if one of them had said - no worries - there are the police cars.

These videos are great at showing how the police react to a legal activity. I can't understand why they don't add a few signs saying "No Entry" - would be so simple.

I can see your comment so he can't have blocked you..Curtis may have deleted a single comment or it could have been the voracious yootoob algorithms. Auditors in general "sanitize" their comments sections. They're not very keen on taking advice when they're wrong, they seem to view it as criticism.

Do these police not know for whom they work? Right ready to accost and inflict their agenda.
