"And sometimes is the actors, let's be honest" And this series is the perfect example... 3 couples had an nc and the difference is huge in everything! Not only the way they kiss, but also the touches (I died with Tan's hand placement) and the closeness of their bodies. AouBoom ate their scene in a different level!

AouBoom's scene *is* shot beautifully but I think the real key is them. Because THEY WENT FOR IT... like, it didn't feel like acting or staged or whatever (and I don't mean it in a "they're together in real life" ship way), the way they kissed and moved was so legit. Also the way they looked at each other, and the voice out of breath........... THEIR OWN SHOW WHEN @ GMMTV?!??!?!!!!!! Preferably with P'Jojo or P'Aof directing, thanx haahahahah

I kinda agree with you javi about the TanFang NC scene not looking like it's gmmtv... it had me gagged fr, it felt very real and intimate, very few series that've managed to do that... I think most times they try to make it super 'spicy' but this wasn't like that, I'm so happy for AouBoom getting more recognition 🥹

Right! In this aouboom scene they did not try to make it just spicy intense or what which makes some scenes if others do it feels off. This is hot and full of love instead which is something every series should have😭😭 Aouboom really deserve recognition for this.

58:06 I agree with you about AouBoom. I love them as a couple and I do think they should get a lead couple role. I agree that this scene looks genuinely intimate. I also think the Director plays a part as well and we know this Directors work (i.e. Between Us).

agreed with the GMMTV "scene" maybe because I felt like GMMTV series with the same school romance genre doesn't show much than a kiss and even though there are some "scenes" it is not that intimate just like you said. And AouBoom literally ATE (y'know what i mean😅) manifesing for their own series 🤞

Beer is the most calm when Phum confessing to Peem, Fang was surprised and look at Peem, Toey surprised and look at Phum, while the rest.... giving their cute surprise huhhhh?? response hahahahhaha... indeed this is the best episode so far~ love it so much.. further more its like Phum get extra courage with having both Fang & Beer by his side at that moment...

I've read a part of the novel and it's almost like the series is telling the written story backwards. The novel starts mentioning why both (phum and peem) are having trouble of talking/expressing feelings even though they were down bad for eachother quite soon after they made the "slave" deal. Phum made the deal because he was impressed by Peem when he kicked his nuts and wanted to hang out with him more often, because a lot of people don't understood Phum because he and Fang were just fighting everyone and Phum was a real bad boy to handle. But because he don't quite know how to behave normally with people he made that ridiculous deal with Peem to get his attention. Peem on the other hand was confused because he thought everything they both have done was because of the silly deal which was not the actual reason for both at all. They just don't want to loose eachother for being friends and now there's even more feelings involved. Peem wanted to confess a long time ago and now Phum couldn't stand it anymore so he did it. In one of the first episodes Fang mentioned that their father was coming back in a few months and Phum didn't look very fond of it, so I'm guessing that it won't take long that we're going to see the parents before we get the complete backstory of all this. Overal it's a really great novel but the series made it a so much more confusing with the storytelling.

For real tho like in novel they already start dating from the bike scene but idk how in series they still didn’t . We only have 5 more episodes and Phum just start flirting w Peem on next ep like I feel they kinda changed the story setting in serie .

The funny thing is that I missed three episodes of this series and when I looked at them yesterday I was laughing till I physically couldn’t because of all the laugh cramps😭 and the TanFang/ FangTan scene omg I was dead. Also this ToeyMatt scene😂 1:09:52 they’re so crackhead besties coded😂

I absolutely love Pondphuwin and Winnysatangs osts! I listen to them everyday. All the osts for this show are so good. 19:48 🤣 41:42 I agree with that to an extent but since it is based off the novel, knowing those bits of info about a character even without the show showing us(yet) is really helpful to get a lil bit of nuance in a character so they don’t seem so one dimensional. 50:47 not “saucy”🤣

I think this might be my favorite ep so far. 😃 and that’s crazy to say considering every episode has been great. but this episode just gave me everything. it was kinda perfect. Chain and Pun suddenly being pet parents is adorable. Pun being way off about chains profession had me screaming. Like even if he was a doctor, he’s a human doctor not a vet lol. and chain shipping himself and pun was so cute. I also wanted to slap Matt for ruining their moment though 👋 Q and Toey being cuties. I liked their communication this ep. and I love the way you can see a visible shift in Q. like he just seemed more playful and dorky this ep😃 not that he was depressed or anything before but there’s a noticeable shift in his demeanor. I love it. also love my besties peem and Q moments as always. i knew that tanfang moment was happening and it went exactly as I expected it too haha. they’re so sweet and hot together and i hope they stay exactly as they are for the rest of the series. I loved how fang was trying to show tan a lil more affection on his end as well. he’s all in.🙃 My BABIES phum and peem aghh😩 absolutely serving this entire eps. like I don’t even care that much about the title anymore. ik what they are. they know what they are. and that’s it lol. the pool kisss?? the two bedroom scenes?? the art room scene, which btw phuwin said was his favorite scene😁. they were so domestic and casually intimate. ughhhh I have so many feelings about them😫PondPhuwin always deliver. I could talk forever about them and phumpeem but I’ll try to keep it short lmao. and the last scene. peem almost telling the squad about him and phum but then chickening out. phum: fine. I’ll do it myself.🥱 their reactions lol. Q and beer definitely already knew. I also feel for kluen. I always try to look at things from a characters pov and he’s just a guy who likes peem. that’s it. he has no ill intentions. it’s all just bad timing and the wrong person. I wish the best for him though. I think him and peem could continue to be good friends. another great episode!

In terms of asking the friends what kind of person Puum after the second kiss was at the lake, the group had just really met at that point at the festival and Peem probably wasn't as friendly with the group as he is now. Tan gave him a cliff notes version of his friendship with Puum. I think Peem is more comfortable with Puum's friends cause now he considers them friends now and he is more open to the idea of him and Puum versus earlier in the series. Also sometimes first impressions of people stay with you longer even when they start to change and become more appealing to you it's hard to let go of those initial feelings.

The Chain and Pun situation might have happened earlier in the original shooting but due to re-shooting bc of the Pawin being replaced they had to cut out a lot and it was more cost effective to limit the scenes.

The dire need to talk about that ONE MAIN POINT in the QToey backstory because for crying out loud it would explain EVERYTHING about their dynamic in the way they got together. Because no, Q is not just an unreasonable person who ghosted Toey. There IS a reason and I feel they won't use it 😭 But it would actually BE the end all and be all of their whole story 😔

This episode, We Are - Us, the Delulus - being the door between them, us the blurred classmates secretly taking photos of them and talking about them, us being the pool lounge chairs not minding their sweetness in the pool and us the self portraits doing side eyes and blushing while the kiss happened and finally us as the gate decorations rooting for PhunPeem. Waiting for BeerMick;s moment, Or hppefully how about a MattKleun ship also. I like Kleun but he has to look for someone else. I lost count how many times PhumPeem aka PondPuwin kissed, I'm letting go and it doesn't bother me anymore, hehe.

42:02 I agree with this one.. The novel and the series are two different things and I cannot fault non-readers for the review they have of the series because the series world and the novel world are different. What makes it sad however, is that those that have read the novel could see where those details can be explored in the series but has frustratingly been downplayed. So yes, the series and novel are very different but we cannot use the novel to explain the progression of the story and characters in the series because in that world it may or may not exist or implied. But again, there are so many plot holes in the series where the pivotal content in the novel would cover but the screenwriters chose to somehow ignore that completely. TLDR; novel =/= series but it's frustrating that some important details in the novel were not included to create a more fleshed out storyline

Gonna be honest. I skipped a couple of episodes. I just found the story getting too ridiculously frustrating and too dragged out. Like the Q and Toey storyline- it was not making sense already personally. I agree that the story doesn’t merit the really slow burn. I’m actually curious why they decided it’s gonna be 16 episodes. Glad I’m back though.

Same thought. I expected QToey storyline most when the trailer is released but now I can’t even know how to explain how disappointed I am 😢 PhumPeem storyline sometimes like a mess but still ok and it makes sense. Of course their chemistry is on point 😊 TanFang is beyond expected 😊 ChainPun is cute too even though they have so few scenes 😢

The hesitance, the need for the plan, why it took Q ages to make a move... It's very frustrating to see onscreen what is playing out versus what some people know from the novel. I hope it can later on be discussed because it would really make sense so much about QToey's storyline. I would be sorely disappointed if they ignored that VERY BIG detail in the novel and downplayed it :( I then cannot fault people who never read the novel to question QToey's confusing storyline
