While skipping forward in time, all results are predetermined, including actions and such, though reactions would normally be classed as free will and beyond fate, the result of those reactions will always result in the same action every time, though with minor differences {as proven by a future part}. This is also able to be used to multitask (I.e. running away while being fated to pack your bags) While skipping time, the user cannot interact with people or objects, perhaps it’s because their course is still fated, though they can take recently removed parts of themselves (like blood) and use it as a delayed trap of sorts, only taking effect beyond just colliding once the skip ends. Fate re-adjusts at the end of the time skip to account for changes. In addition, with every skip, upon the next manifesting, an additional leg of the chair glows, if 4 skips are used, the chair begins to warp spacetime causing things such as rapid aging and de-aging at seemingly random, innumerable possible effects on gravity, a chance to invert the joints of nearby victims, being at superpositions at levels that would be otherwise impossible, time dilation and others. The effects can vary wildly and multiple can be active at the same time. The distortions can also vary a lot based on distance from the chair, sitting on it in this state causes it to unleash many effects like the aforementioned ones above.) {yes that’s a band}

King Crimson doesn't really erase time, it just erases the effects the chosen time period has on the user. For example, if King Crimson is activated for 10 seconds, if the user is shot by someone within those 10 seconds, the user would be completely fine after King Crimson truly activates, and the memories of those 10 seconds that the shooter has would be erased. The only person who'd know what happened in the 10 seconds King Crimson "skipped" is the user.

I know these Stands by their localization names & I will refer to them by their localization names, until GW get's dubbed I will refer to most of those Stands by their localization names. It's like when people say 'Special Beam Cannon' instead of 'Makankosappo', it's the same thing so who gives a fuck. Also their names are Reverb Act 1, Shinning Diamond & Deadly Queen.
