The house is spectacular!! Some advice for the pool from someone who lives in AZ… start building in the fall/winter(September-October) so your pool can be done earlier in the summer so you can swim in it when it’s really hot in July. Love you guys so much, you’re the cutest family!!!

When my family got a pool we started building in April/May and it was done for my sister's birthday party in the beginning of June! But I'm sure if it's hotter out it would be great to start in the fall

In az I lived there for a few years I wish I still did .. but yes summer is brutal I spent all my time at the pool back when I had a gorgeous figure ..

Also even though it’s ugly I reccomend the pool surrounding floor to be heat and slip resistant. As a native Phoenix baby I can vouch burnt hands and feet all summer!

You should start building in Jan thru April. Po installers are hungry and desperate for work. Also if you wait till summer it will be hard to get someone to put your pool in and if you can find someone . It will be hard to get your pool finished, because they will be going from job to job.

The best decision my husband and I have made is we moved to Arizona 8 years ago when our oldest was 1. Hard to leave family at the time but they have officially all moved here because it’s such an awesome place to live!!! It’s like living on vacation!

It's going to be beautiful. To funny. We never had a toy room. Our toys were kept in our rooms in a toy box. My bathroom is 1/4 the size of your bathroom. Too funny. I love the planting/raised beds. If you have a bathtub in another bathroom and don’t take many baths yourself, you could take out the master bathtub and create a large steam shower. I did that in my former house and I miss it so much.

You might as well wait on the pool until the supply chain/worker shortage is relieved some more. Some folks wait 15 months or more for them to be finished. So the backyard is just torn up forever.

Sometimes inflation occurs when a vast amount of individuals move to a certain area/state. Arizona actually has more vibrant energy, than Utah. You've made a Wonderful decision. Good luck on the new chapter of your lives.. I'm so proud of you.. I can't wait to observe the blessings, that follow....

Before Gerard stretched out his arms, it looked very big, but after he stretched his arms out, it showed us that it wasn’t as big as it first looked. 😶… But I can’t wait to see how great it will look after you’ve redesigned it! 😃

Good for y'all, I have 2 pieces of advice, 1 .. put fake grass in your backyard, 2. . If you buy a house with solar, make sure you put the screen around it asap.. the pigeons are awful and tear it up... Well number 3.. don't be complacent about the coyotes.. they will take your dog off the leash..
