We went to the village in august 2024 to specifically go to the bakery. All we could find was a little corner in the village centre which is occupied on a Friday by this bakery on a pop up basis. We went on a Thursday unaware of this. Does the shop still exist?

She was not alone. She started this together with her father Al Tait who quit his job as a teacher to do this. You can find her backgroundstory in the book "breadsong", which also includes some recipes. Actually she started to work alone.
