The Newark Airport is really nice.. though you do get tired of it after sitting in it for about 6 hours XD. I actually also went though it when heading to Japan this Spring... The chairs near the gates are surprisingly comfortable to sleep in.

I loved my trip to Canada specifically Toronto because I got to see a Leafs game, go to the hall of fame, and got some delicious poutine from an underground shopping mall as it was too cold. Best part is that it was free tickets from my friends work and I got a bit of time off to enjoy it. As for Vancouver, it is beautiful although stupidly expensive and I would easily recommend going to the Vancouver Islands if possible as that is a great time especially making a day out of it. The island is a ferry ride, but I think it is amazing and if I had the cash/could find work there I would live in Victoria in a heartbeat.

Ah, I forgot to mention. If you have any extra time (and are still in Vancouver), and you want to check out a game shop, I'd recommend Gamedeals in New Westminster. It's right next to the Columbia Sky Train station so it's easy access from downtown Vancouver.

If this was October, it'd be far more of a coincidence, but as is, it's still pretty amazing! I am going to Vancouver for the first time with my mum in October. We booked the trip a couple of months ago. We thought since we went to Toronto last year, we would do the other side of Canada this year. About the whole not having a 13th floor, it's not worldwide, because in more rural parts of China, they don't label the fourth floor because the pronunciation is similar to the word "death". It isn't as common in urban environments, where tourism and international commerce is frequent, but the more superstitious parts of China sometimes don't bother still.
