We are STUCK! Provisioning, FINAL Goodbyes and broken bridges | Ep 27

We are wrapping up our time in Jacksonville. The last few days are spent provisioning our boat for the next few month and tying up loose ends. After several attempts, we finally have a final goodbye with our family. The predicted day to leave has its issues leaving us stuck in the marina.
Follow our families journey as we plan to Circumnavigate the Globe in 3-4 years on a budget of $4,300/mo. We plan to leave the US in October 2023 and visit 26 countries and 6 continents.

I love how you used freeze dried or dehydrated premade meals! We just did our first passage and struggled to cook while underway in rough seas. This would make it sooo much easier! Thanks for showing your process!

Well, Davis would give those cowboys a good run for their money! Manners and such are lost when you think it's the funniest thing in your young life. Good advice about photographing the food storage. We are trying to make a list as we start going through and storing things, just the move on the boat was so fast that things just went into a hole. We are still discovering things! He crossed to Scouts this spring. We have the scout book and we are going to attempt to keep up with his scouting. Getting acclimated to boat life and cruising has put it on the back burner for the time being. I will be breaking it out soon though. I'd like him to achieve his Eagle if possible.

Well if you need a scout resource you have my email. Oldest of my boys has his Eagle. Next one has his project done and waiting on BOR. my precious daughter has to get her project going. Planning on have 3 eagles before we get on the boat life!

Cleared into West End and have been stuck for 12 days due to weather! We had a couple of good days catching lobsters and conch. Headed over to Mangrove and Great Sale today. Too early to tell you my fave spot as we have only scratched the surface😊
