The Encanto food, especially the Ajiaco soup is a giant slap in the face to Colombians as they all know the soup should NOT be eaten spicy. It’s sufficiently flavorful without the spice. In fact, Colombians don’t traditionally eat spicy food, like in Mexico or nearby regions. I don’t mind that it’s spicy, just don’t call it “authentic Colombian” like Disney claims it is.

I'm just getting upset watching this. We were in Florida this past weekend for a football tournament and it was freezing. We took our boys ages 4, 12, 12, &14 to epcot and all we did was test track, soarin and nemo. They complained about being cold and hungry the whole time. I could not even enjoy myself. So glad the tickets were free or i'd be livid. I feel like epcot is not for teen boys LOL
