About the burger culture (or just any street food really, those that are cook to order), you can customize your order i.e. less ketchup/chili sauce no mayo only salad no cucumber etc. If you dont want a messy burger you can ask for it, if you want a crispier patty/bun just tell them to make it so. As long as it is something they can work with, they will oblige.

i heard the story Ramly owner once want to make fast food franchise like mcdonald but scrapped the plan because they want to support all these street burger stall if they open a franchise, these small burger seller l will out of business...plus these ppl is what gave variety of style and taste to the ramly burger...if they open a franchise it will all taste the same

They do have a fast food chain already (called Ramly Halal Kiosk), it just that they are not many outlets yet (mostly in KL and Selangor). Most of the restaurants are attached to their Ramly Halal Mart (where they sell supplies of frozen burgers and others, even groceries items). There are a number of outlets in malls and R&Rs (service areas alongside the highways) and I've seen one restaurant in a mosque's compound in KL. @Jetlag Warriors you should try the burgers (and other food) in a Ramly restaurant next, just Google Ramly Halal Kiosk for nearest/most convenient location to you.

at Mbira you gotta have the chicken spicy delux (deep fried chicken + hash brown, among other things) and ask them to put an extra benjo egg in, hahaha and if you want to make it a ramly burger since you dont actually have a ramly patty inside, you can also ask them to add in an patty and wrap that in egg too if you like.

Sixty Bites guys..... go for it. One of the best burger i ever had in KL. Unforgettable meat texture, taste and they did not use chili sauce or mayo but their own onion jam. I ever heard it from pple that they uses wagyu beef but not sure if its true.

Fact: most burger entrepreneurs are rich, or at least they're doing well economically. As long as you're willing to work long hours and know how to manage your income, you'll lead a good life. I personally know a pak cik who always bring his family on vacation so much often and able to send all of her sons and daughters to good schools with his earnings while opening his stall 6 out of 7 nights every single week. OM Burger have been operated since 1980's & Brother John since 1996.. still going strong until now

I think you should do one last big stop before you guys leave malaysia. You guys have to go to legit Ramly Restaurant in Bandar Baru Bangi which they are called Ramly Halal Mart sdn bhd (pls google it for details) and they do have a lot varieties of Ramly products such as burgers, nuggets, fried chicken and etc. Check them out guys! And also I've seen you guys in Subang Jaya so many times including in this vid why not try the OG burger stall in Subang Jaya USJ14 in front of 7E called Aroma Burger. The owner (Abang bob) had been operating his stall for ages and i discovered aroma burger since i was 12yo and im 29yo now and i believe they started way back longer. Please do try guys and just wanna be safe they are closed on Saturday. Thank you for enjoying our burgers culture in Malaysia. Stay safe!

Ijan Burger is still around. Located in Paroi Jaya, Seremban, near Paroi Stadium (in fact there is Ijan's branch in the stadium compound). Don't go on weekend coz you might wait 4-5 hours to get your first bite. People from KL, Melaka and locals will flock in the area. If you want to feel the burger culture in Seremban, just go to Ijan's Corner or Ijan Burger. Ijan's roti John is the best yet in the country (my personal opinion)

I came accross one stall near my area called 'havana' it has grilled pineapple slice and green apple(granny smith) with jalapeno and honey..woww it taste great and the price is RM5.50

Yes really... it's true. Now that the border is closed between our 2 countries because of covid, that is what we Singaporeans miss the most. We can get a version of ramly burger in Singapore but it costs twice as much and is not as tasty compared to Malaysia.
