My friend, this is spectacular. I showed this to my entire race team to get them to finally understand how absolutely critical nutrition is before during and after an event, such as this, we are in Texas where it routinely reaches 43 Celsius in the summer and their eyes are wide open now at what it takes to Fuel and Hydrate for an event like this…. even at 36°C. Great job.

Great job on a very hard day! The neutral ride to the timed sector was pretty crazy with over 400 riders, but I think they said there were already 25 abandonné after stage 1. This was about an 8 hour ride for me. There was no lunch at the time I finished but I found a super Pad Thai restaurant before the evening riders brief 😂

Your palmares and the fact your body has started to fail as you reached your limit, speaks for itself, so maybe a reality check and you should lean into finding new angles to include in your excellent cycling vlogs. But heh if its working for you and you prefer this format, go for it.
