I had been saying deliveries should be fine if they would implement more actual gameplay elements like needing to avoid detection in areas or defending from/rushing opponents.... Something more than "pick up this box, now put that down all the fuckway over there.".... " Now do it again.... Indefinitely. "

@@fallenhoenix1255 Kinda hard to implement that when you have the freedom to move anywhere in all directions. But this system is in high-sec space, there will be more profitable deliveries to hostile areas in other star systems eventually. The next star system they're implementing is desolate and a haven for pirates. Speaking of which, there's always the threat of PvP, which will happen much more frequently once servers can handle higher player counts and eventually when they implement server meshing.

@@Apav1x I'm not saying game dev is easy. It's insanely difficult and I know first hand. However, planetary-bound approaches can be meet with orbital patrols (persistently positioned, or spawned within player radius & planetary altitude/proximity), or triggered when in range of a radar station in orbit or on the planet. NPC scouts can then be triggered from a spawn point (i would imagine some sort of destroyable facility)... I'm not going to go through an exhaustive list of geometric or spatial trigger-based events but it's not so hard to implement that we couldn't have more. I'm not bashing CIG either, they're doing a phenomenal job with environments and vehicle detail... Hats off to them, but you can't deny playing intergalactic UPS isn't at the height of modern gameplay. I have been watching them from a distance for years and am getting ready to pull the trigger on some ships too (I'm super excited).. That said, I get the impression that maybe they are focusing on creating a wealth of assets before implementing the quests behind them. I could be completely wrong and this is as good as it gets... I'm on the outside looking in.

#1. Launch RSI in administrative mode. #2 launch the game from RSI launcher, once you get to the title screen hit (left side of key board) crt+alt+delete. #3 enter your task manager. #4 at the top of the task manager window hit the Details tab. #5 scroll down until you see the star citizen game and logo (not RSI). #6 right click and scroll over prioritys, set to "very high" or "real time". That parts done. Then when your done there look up "how to allocate memory" here on youtube. Follow those steps and give whatever drive you have RSI on at least 16 gigs of extra memory. Once your done, do a full reset on your PC. I personally have my RSI on my C:Drive which is a SSD drive. Which runs games more efficiently. Im playing on a laptop btw, no issues glitchs or stutters related to performance. I never 3000k DC. And i almost never glitch out. If you have any issues just reply to this comment.
