I don't think so, if Silco had come back that long ago then the kids wouldn't have needed to go on a scavenging job, I think word of Vi dying at Jayce's workshop got to SIlco, baby Vi was their old reason for fighting for Zaun, so knowing that their seperation led to her dying would be the push they need to go back to working together.

The timeline would have needed for them to have the falling out after Vander abandoned the attack on Piltover after he found Vi and Powder, and saw their mother was dead. Vander bashes Silco and throws him into the waterway that poisons Silco's eye. Somewhere after that, but before he teams up with Singed, Silco finds the note in the mine and forgives Vander. Vander and Silco are able to make Zaun work in harmony with Piltover, either before or after Vi's death. (probably after since the living conditions are considerably better in AU Zaun, which means the Piltover Heist wouldn't have needed to happen) so they made Zaun prosper in unity with Piltover most likely after Vi dies. Then Ekko gets the tip about Jayce and the 4 kids attempt to steal from his workshop, which ends up getting Vi killed. After Vi's death Powder stashes all the Hexcores for herself (possibly making it so that alternate Powder can recreate the Z drive or the anomaly) and Jayce's research is shutdown permanently so there is no Hextech at all. This is all based on the fact that Silco says they forgave each other (note in the mines, the attack on Piltover), Silco's eye was still fucked up (Vander abandons the fight, saving Vi and Powder instead), Shimmer is never created (Silco and Singed never team up), but Vi still dies in the Piltover Heist (Ekko got the tip about Jayce, Powder kept the Hexcores, Hextech never exists)

The rune that Victor gave Jayce as a child in this universe was an acceleration rune, kinda shown when Jayce discovers how to use hextech for the first time and what they use for the hex gates. It's also the same rune that helped Ekko develop his Z-Drive to time travel and jump dimensions with. That's why this is the only universe with hextech that averted the tragedy, Ekko wouldn't have made it back without that rune being so important here and other verses got different runes from Victor.

Its actually kinda implied that Ekko was capable of going back without the acceleration rune, as in the bad timeline you still see Jinx's blimp, implying Ekko managed to stop her from committing suicide. However, something to note is that it doesn't appear like the acceleration rune specifically is required to create the anomaly, it just seems like its enough gathered "pure" magic in one spot that creates the anomaly. So Ekko could have still gotten back without said z-drive, and lost because he didn't have the literal Timebomb.

It very much implied that Jinx is still alive when the grenade goes off you can see a purple ray go towards pipes. Also Caitlyn was looking at the diagram of the hexgate and was shown that there were vents while she's hold a part of Jinx grenade. Being prevented from killing herself is one thing, but why would she go out of her way to try to save herself when she's literally given up on life? Saving Vi was her last act, a sort of final gift and farewell to Vi. She did not want to go on. I get wishing we could see more Jinx, she's my favorite character - but her story is over. And she finally found peace, the only way she could.

@@LadyDoomsinger She didn't want to die at the end. She wanted to end tthe cycle and allow Vi to be happy with Caitlyn. Initially she tried to so by killing herself, but Ekko talked her out of it. But she still wanted to end the cycle. So she faked her death. Evidenced by the purple streak going into the vents, Caitlyn checking the vents and not having a body, only the monkey head as evidence of Jinx alleged death, and the airship that Powder wanted to ride leaving Piltover being the last shot. All signs point to Jinx being alive, but her story with Vi being over.

Someone made an amazing point about Jayces journey. He intended to create hextech to help the people but ended up weaponizing it. His misguided creation ( his hammer) went from his weapon to his burden he had to drag all the way from depths of Zaun to the center of Piltover. While he is in the abyss it is not until he turns his weapon back into something meant to help people( leg brace and staff like Viktor of course) that he is able to escape.

I also know she has some sort of rivalry with Draven I think? That's what I remember from the cinematic they are in.

So now that the show is fully over, I can say without having to worry about spoilers that the arcane characters who are playable in league are: Jinx, Vi, Caitlyn, Warwick, Singed, Heimerdinger, Ekko, Jayce, Viktor, and Ambessa. And while we do see a lot of deaths here, the only one I actually think is 100% dead is Ambessa. Also Singer’s daughter who we see in one of the final scenes is playable, and there’s people who think Mel could be added soon too. One other thing, Riot is planning on making more shows.

It wasn't until Jayce had tried to kill him and all hell broke lose afterwards that he realised that humanity is doomed by their emotions and that war, greed and suffering will never end because of that, so with that realisation and the influence of the Arcane he went on with his plan cure all of humanity. It sucks that they portrayed him as a villain and the final boss and greater evil that needs to be defeated by everyone and even connecting Piltover and Zaun, which is exactly what Viktor always wanted from the start, and speed running his development just so he could be somewhat like his League counterpart who isn't even a villain and just someone who helps people with their permission smh. At least they made him regret his decision, revealed that the mage who saved Jayce and his mom was Viktor and that he went back in time multiple times to try and avoid the dystopian future and had him save the world with Jayce by destroying the anomaly. The thought of everyone in Piltover and Zaun not knowing what actually happened and believing that Viktor was the evil villain who doomed them all, while Jayce was the brave hero who saved the world and sacrificed himself is just heartbreaking and tragic and they deserved much better. I wish they just went with his League of Legends version and had him heal people with his inventions in Zaun instead of making him a god who controls everyone with the intention of curing humanity and regretting it.

@@Kalakeikoi mean I’m pretty sure viktor is just supposed to be “the hero that lived long enough to be once a villian”. He’s the character who had good intentions but got lost along the way. What he does is still in line with wanting to help people. It just got altered along the way. More so I’m saddened by the treatment Warwick got in arcane. Sidelined to a henchman. Not even a look like his arcane skin in the game. He looks too human still.

I guess I'm just irritated that I've seen plenty of people now dislike or hate Viktor when they used to like or love him in season 1, he was pretty much universally like then, and calling him an evil villain, a manipulator, hypocrite, narcissistic with a god complex, selfish, etc. when that isn't the case and it's frustrating. They could have taken his character in so many different directions, but chose to portray him as a god like super villain when Ambessa could have been the big threat they wanted for the last season.

The character we all need to hate forever is Singed. He is the one character that somehow from face value got everything he wanted. He didn't die and he found a way to save his daughter whereas everyone dealt with the consequences of so many of his actions with shimmer, resurrected vander, and using viktor at the end. (I know that his daughter is a robot at this point but he basically got what he wanted. Vi has no family left, Ekko has no family left, even Cait only really has her dad, Viktor and Jayce are gone and Mel also has no family left. They are all going to have to rebuild so many relationships from scraps but Singed gets what he wants?

And here- 1:39:47 - the small flashes of what Jayce sees Salo as, aka what Salo truly is…god the show was just AMAZING. And 1:54:52 there’s a quick frame in this scene where we see Singed. If Noxus actually decided to full scale invade piltover there really wouldn’t be a way for them to stop it. They wouldn’t do this because it wouldn’t be beneficial for them for both political/trade reasons. Also, Ambessa’s army is a minuscule part of Noxus’s military and it almost took out piltover on its own, Noxus’s sheer manpower would be too much for them to handle at least currently (not to mention Leblanc who might be able to infiltrate the council and dismantle them from the inside.) They also have a death god (Mordekaiser) living in the basement of there city, so there’s that. TLDR, Piltover is extremely advanced technologically but If Noxus (albeit stupidly) tried to invade they don’t have nearly enough man power to combat them and if they did somehow win and occupy Noxus, they are FUCKED as soon as Mordekaiser wakes up.

Possible spoilers Imo, Jinx survived and chose to leave the source of her cycle of trauma. There's too much evidence, the streak of her shimmer flash just before Warwick(Vander) is blown up. During Caitlin's inspection of the Hexgates ventilation she smirks and in the midst of narration 'Our story is not over' the remnants of the monkey grenade is highlighted. In front of the fire she's conflicted when asking Vi if she's still in the fight, since she doesn't know whether or not it's best to inform her of what she knows. And there's influential scenes with Jinx where she listens even after stating they're too late. To Silco, while in the cell: 'I think the cycle only ends when one finds the will to walk away.' The known and unknown conversations between her and Ekko. 'No matter what happened in the past it's never too late to build something new.... Sometimes to make a leap forward you have to leave a few things behind.'

I dunno. Not denying the clues, but it would cheapen that whole scene. If she died, she finally manages to save someone she cares about, stops being haunted by all the people who died after getting close to her. If she survived, she told her sister she'd always be with her, had a dramatic self-sacrifice scene, but survived it and deliberately left her sister behind. Just feels cheap, quite out of character for the show. Esp when the other point of that scene is the sisters accepting that Vander is now finally and irretrievably dead, gone. Why muddy that with a 'miraculous' survival?

@@morlock2012 To respond to this, we see Vi repeatedly putting herself and possibly others in danger in her desperation to save Jinx and be with her. I've seen others mention that Jinx's survival and leaving are her way of letting Vi go. If Vi is forever chasing after her, only when Jinx is "dead" will Vi stop and live her own life. She's ending the cycle of violence that has been caused between the two of them. She'll always be with her in her heart and spirit but Jinx needed to step away from it all so that the two of them can finally move on and find their own place. Obviously, this assumes Jinx didn't die (which is heavily implied). Otherwise, it's all a moot point lol

Jinx is actually alive. The fact that the show focused on that air duct in the hexgates when Caitlyn was recording her thing and then show one of those hot air balloon thingies which Powder said at the beginning of the series that she wanted to ride one of those AND you can briefly see a trail of Jinx's shine from her eyes moving towards the air duct as she's falling. I might be too obsessed with this show but idk how a lot of people didn't seem to notice those details lol Also Heimerdinger is a yordle, and yordles in the universe of Runeterra are technically immortal. If you kill them they just back to their sort-of-spiritual realm called Bandle City like it's their minecraft spawn point.

I really hope that if the next show is set in Noxus it goes into Mordekaiser lore. Possible spoilers for the rumored Noxus series from this point on. Mordekaiser Twice slain, thrice born. Mordekaiser was to sum it up a brutal warlord who wanted a seat in the hall of bones (Valhalla basically) where the gods of death would welcome him with open arms but when he found out there were no gods of death HE BECAME ONE. He defied death through sheer fucking will and denial of what was the afterlife. The Black Rose’s existence is there to contain and (attempt to) defeat Mordekaiser when he rises again.

There are tons of hints that Jinx is still alive. You can see her shimmer dash away from the explosion. Caitlin later looks at the plans for the Hex-Gates and you can see airducts (which she must have dashed into). The last shot with the blimp is a direct callback to the first episode and one of the first things powder says. And the reason she ran away without Vi knowing would be that Silco told her that it only ends when one of them walks away, which is what she did.
