So, a little fun fact about Lake County Florida. For the longest time, we had a restaurant named The Mason Jar. It was around for DECADES. Unfortunately, when covid hit they had to shut down. When we went to Orlando in Feb we took a drive down to Port Carnaval and went to Jetty Park and stood right on those rocks waving goodbye you could hear all the people in party mode! We are very excited that I booked my family a cruise in May on Symphony of the Seas and the best part is it goes out of NJ so we can drive to the port instead of flying. But, its going to be a long 9 month wait! :(

Thank you for calling it Cloud Gate!! I'm from the northwest suburbs of Chicago originally and have been to Millennial Park and seen the Cloud Gate sculpture many times. I don't know why but it's a pet peeve of mine and it irks me a bit that people refer to it as "The Bean". If the artist Anish Kapoor wanted to call his sculpture "The Bean" and have other people refer to it that way he would have named it that.

We sail on Utopia two weeks from tomorrow, so this video hit the spot! Very excited for the Pesky Parrot. We have a similar room as you got, which is also new to us, but it overlooks the Boardwalk, and is 2nd from the end so thinking we should be able to see the Aqua Show well right from our balcony. Hubby is from New Orleans and he makes a very good gumbo that takes alot of time. And those lobsters are crawdads basically mini lobsters. Twist the tail off peel like shrimp, and I'm not a fan of the head cheese hubby is lol. Finding a good gumbo can be tricky, especially living with a new orleans husband for 11 yrs now, and he is very picky.

Chicken skins are “Cracklin’s”. I’ve made them for YEARS. They are better than Bacon! My husband asks me to make them all the time. It’s harder to find them with all the stores selling skinless Chicken breasts now. 😢 Most butchers have them tho. When you find them, just put in oven at 450 for 8 mins. You can season them with salt & pepper (or try different flavors) & we usually dip in a creamy Cajun sauce.
