Congrats!! We lived in 738sq ft and it was so cramped. It was built in 1956 and had NO closets, ha ha! Now we’re in 2600ft and it’s probably more room than I’ll ever want. We’re adding in a bathroom upstairs as I type and then we’re renoing the kitchen. We do fixer uppers and I absolutely love the fixer house life, old houses are my fav. We’ve lived in this house for three years and are just now doing the main spaces. Don’t fear more room or fixing, having dedicated spaces is a dream come true!

That is such good advice for people buying or selling a home. We went through the same thing 6 offers 5 fell through. I tell everyone who thinks about buying a home to go see what they can get pre-approved for before going to look. It broke my heart when the offers fell through but God had bigger plans. I'm so excited for this next chapter in your life.

Congrats on the new house! Really surprised realtors were even working with clients or letting them put in offers before preapproval letter! When we were shopping for a house, our realtor wouldn’t even start showing us houses until she had the go ahead from the finance guy! Sorry you had to go thru all that!!

Hey Sarah! I just wanted to say I have a coworker that uses amber necklaces for his teething babies! He has told me many times how much they help his babes discomfort - you just gotta make sure they are fairly close to the neck so the babe cant suck on them cause they can break off :( But he said he has never had a problem with it and that it makes a world of a difference!
