My wife and I were at the auto museum in Hershey. I was explaining a few things to her and a docent came up and said "follow me". Yep took us behind the barricades and into the shop. What a great surprise. My wife had actually won the tickets for me in an online auction.

I can’t wait to see your premiere video of the day 1 build on this 32 gem. I foresee an old school hot rod!! Matt has a blank skeleton 32 to work his magic. Looking forward to see Matt, Mike and Steve wrench on this old Ford

I enjoy your videos but I would like to see you guys do some adventure videos of driving the cars to car shows or cruise ins or somewhere. While building cars and selling parts is pretty cool, it would also be inspirational to see how well these perform and to see others responses to them. And really, the point of building a hot rod is to enjoy it.

Not a bad haul , I've seen you go through worse . That's a sweet looking little 32 roller . Even has tires on it , mostly . I'm glad you were able to snack up so many extra parts . I remember Texas , when you loaded up the "Shop truck" the same way , no tires , just rims . This went much easier .

One of two ways I would build this both would be full fendered though. 1. 60s style street rod, hot 327, 4 speed, royal blue paint , white panel striping, white painted chassis, loads of chrome, white diamond tufted interior, really low stance, magnesium Torque Thrust D wheels etc. 2. basic restoration but hop up the B banger, 40 Ford wheels, big n little wide whites, lowered, black paint, commercial headlights, chrome windshield frame headlight bar, 2 speed rear, and a bunch of 32 dealer accessories

The guy across the street in our little neighborhood of shops called Dillehay Street, the place has a history going back to the 40s, has been building a 32 in his shop. You see him there working at night when the door's rolled up. He rolled it out into the evening dusk last night, getting ready for its first big road trip and I was able to get some photos. I'm just a hack compared to those guys.

The reason you should NEVER donate anything to a “Museum”. Good chance they will sell “it” to help pay their electric bill, instead of “displaying” the item for everyone to see… as is usually assumed!
@IronTrapGarage10 ай бұрын
To be fair this was a consignment and not a donation. Also do realize many museums can’t keep everything that is donated or there isn’t a good spot to display it.
@slvrktman782410 ай бұрын
@@IronTrapGarage it’s best to just loan it to them for display…that way you or your family gets it back, if they don’t have room to display it!
