Congratulations to you both. Pay extra to your mortgage every month. Lower your principal so if you have to ever have to refinance you can lower your house payment if ever you stop working you will still be able to keep your home. When the rates go down put another down payment on it plus the extra payments. Always think ahead always. Congratulations again to you both.
