I suggest a new fuel filter head, or a fuel filter head seal kit, also a new fuel filter. Be sure to check the balance rates on the injectors, they need to be +4 or -4 but closer to 0 the better. Also another common issue with LLY’s is the FPR (fuel pressure regulator) on the CP3 injector and the miss fire codes are probably for the injector pig tales not making full connection to the injector.

It needs a fuel filter housing or it’s sucking air from a fuel line boys. The fuel cooler is a common place for the lines to suck air also where the braided lines are crimped. When the fuel system is bled there will be no air at the bleeder screw then you pump the primer until the primer gets hard.

@@sapracing1674check sending unit. Had to replace it in mine because of same issue. Slowly loosing prime. Tops of the sending units sometimes rust and create pinholes. If your beds already shot I suggest just taking a grinder to bed above it because the bed mounts will most likely break comming off or going back on. Dropping the tank will most likely break straps. The sending unit has a locking ring around it. Put a flat head or drive on the ring and give her hell. Once that's off the sending unit will come right out.
