My next door neighbour Jenny, sadly passed away in 2019 as her liver transplant failed, i used to help her tame her wildlife garden & I upgraded her wildlife pond to her vision for her….. it was epic, I’ve ever seen so many newts & frogs. Anyway, I digress, we live in housing association homes & we knew that once she passed they would come and gut her home & garden ( they did, ripped out that beautiful garden & pond.. the lot😢). As a keep sake she asked me to take on her new Victoria plumbing tree, now I hadn’t long planted it for her & was petrified the move would kill it but it didn’t. Being a new tree it wasn’t going to fruit for a while but last year it was plastered in plums, this year I think I got three & I honestly thought the trim I gave it last autumn was to blame….. thanks to you guys & your neighbour I’ve learnt that this is to be expected & I haven’t hurt Jenny’s tree. THANK YOU 😊 Jen was more of a gin girly but she’d be thrilled with you putting all them beautiful plumbs to good use & hopefully I can do the same next year. Ps, she gave me rhubarb too, it always does amazing but alas I can’t bring myself to eat it as the dog cocks ‘her’ leg up it & the cat shits on the base. I miss my Jenny, she was the bestest hippy neighbour ❤️ Have a great week guys, much love 🥰 keep up the good work, it’s gunna be amazing! 🤩

As someone who has filled a lot of bins...I watched the blue buckets in the bin go empty . . . always fill everything. I tetris everything to max the trash in a bin. Good luck. Love watching the process.
@badger91563 ай бұрын
I would have kept them to collect water off the summer house, or for a general bin. Otherwise it just goes to landfill forever. We have a holiday house an hour from a small town, realise eventually you can reuse most things rather then scrap... Keep the granite for landscaping... Keep the old rug for outside on the patio. I would not be much help on bin day... !!!

Maybe so, bur more or less ALL "influencer ads" are filled with half-truths and straight up lies. Often they don't really have a clue about what they are trying to sell to their audience. I feel like its also a bit exploitive when they try to get the viewers to buy, or even worse, making a subscription, for something they themselves get for free AND a butt-load of money for.

So neat you found your watch. My eldest daughter lost a small bracelet on my parents property when she was maybe 12; many years later (she was perhaps in her 30’s) we found it on the path the cats took but humans rarely did! Emptying the barn of all the house rubble reminded me of when I was in charge or having my parents house readied for renovating. Far too many dumpsters a.k.a. skips to just prepare the house. A whole giant shed was taken down too - I wanted to keep it, so much potential. I am now in the process of packing the apartment for a move - so far 69 boxes, (1/2 filled with books), ten picture boxes - for the bigger pieces of art from our collection of 60+. I found that a renovation provides discoveries whereas a move has memories.

Hi Aimee. Just a suggestion for attracting birds. First it needs to be something they recognize and normally eat. Almost all birds like black oil sunflower seeds. Second, they need to be able to see it. If you put some out on a tray, a rock or fence post out in the open they will eventually spot it. Once they know it's around, you can move it to your cool bird feeder. They will look for it. A simple bird bath close to trees will attract birds too. Hope that helps. P.S. I'm from Michigan too!!
@mrsmiggins64353 ай бұрын
Its too late now but you should've put the light materials in skip first followed by the heavy stuff...sorry! My ex was a skip driver for 35+ years and he told his customers to do that and make sides too. Great job. You definitely needed a huge she shed. Love love love the idea of a veranda ♥️👍So happy for you finding your watch. Have a good week. Stay safe🤗
